The basketball team announced in a PR their collaboration with the well-known Ethereum Blockchain based Kaiju vinyl toys. 100 limited-edition Kaiju toys will be sold out during the upcoming basketball season.

We are always looking for ways to be on the leading-edge of enhancing fan interaction, and this partnership with CryptoKaiju is an exciting opportunity to continue to employ technology that delivers innovative products and content to our fans.”.

Kings is actually the first basketball team to welcome Bitcoin as they partnered with the payment processor BitPay in 2014 for the team store. In 2019, the American basketball team Dallas Mavericks accepted BTC as payment for their match tickets and merchandise.
